Shipping policy

All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) via USPS first class or priority mail  or UPS depending on the weight of your package. Larger packages are shipped via UPS. 

I cannot guarantee an arrival date of any order once it has been shipped. I have the same tracking number and shipment information as you do. 

I currently offer shipping only to the United States. You will be notified via email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping will cost flat-rate $9 regardless of how many soaps you order, so you might as well fill the box :) For small orders of lip balms and lip balm clips purchases, shipping is flat rate $6

Free shipping is available for orders $85+. Use code FREESHIP. Cannot be combined with other offers. 

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for paying the second shipping charge to ship the package again so please double check your addresses. 

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 or more business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take less than a week to arrive, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Porch Pickup

If you are local to San Diego and would like to save on shipping costs by picking up at my home in Poway, CA, select the pickup option at checkout. I will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Respond to the email when you would like to pickup and I will arrange a time for contactless pickup from my porch. 

If you would like to pickup from my parent's home in Valencia, CA, use the pickup option at checkout and then leave a note at checkout that you would like to pickup from my parents home in Valencia. I will send your order back with them and arrange a pickup time from their porch in Old Orchard 1 neighborhood (approximately 1x a month).
